Lodge Farm Kitchena chef with 20 years experience, to start his gourmet ready meal business in the Cotswolds. In Gascony the ‘traiteur’ was the local who would prepare a dish every day for the locals. The range of dishes produced by the Cotswold Traiteur is impressive, featuring such delights as Provencal Daube of Beef, Gascon Duck Cassoulet and Sri Lankan Black Lamb Curry.

Lodge Farm Kitchen meals are prepared with the finest, freshest seasonal fruit and vegetables. Most of the ingredients are sourced either directly from their own farm or from their their neighbouring producers. They use their own free range chickens and eggs and their own Dexter beef. None of their meals contain any additives, and they are blast frozen to retain all their goodness and flavour. The range of main meals includes Beef & Root Vegetable Casserole and their award winning Free-Range Chicken Pie. Desserts include Eve’s Pudding and Sticky Toffee Pudding, both of which are ‘Great Taste’ award winners.
